I have been knitting since the late '60s (taught by my grandmother, Gran) and designing since the early '80s.  I'm intrigued by shapes of all kinds, regular and irregular, and the oddest things inspire me ... a tree, a drop of water, a toy, the tube inside a roll of paper. Each new design tends to morph into others ... whether I'm ready or not!  

I don't run short of ideas ... just time!
